1889 Pizza created a brand new class - a dough making workshop - where you will learn the process of making Neapolitan pizza dough.

This will be a hands-on workshop where our Pizzaiolos (pizza makers) walk you through how we make our delicious dough from start to finish.

For $40 the class includes the following:

• Instruction on how to combine dough ingredients

• Hands on experience cutting and creating individual pizza dough balls

• Taking 1889's Neapolitan pizza dough and forming it into a pizza for your lunch

• Supplies and instruction throughout the morning
